We had a really great experience with Restoration Associates after having a not-so-great experience with another company who tried to overcharge us for repairs when dealing with a water leak and having to have our carpet replaced. Theodore was incredibly responsive and thorough, explaining every step and making sure we knew what to expect by providing a realistic time line, and even had us looking at carpet samples to ensure we had the exact product we wanted. Although we were happy with his recommendations sight unseen, we appreciated that he wanted us involved in the process. Our insurance company had recommended them, and we are so glad they did. Their work was impeccable, and we were really happy with Restoration Associates. We highly recommend them if you need a good, fair contractor who does quality work.

I was really happy with the work that Restoration Associates did both with the demolition and restoration. Theodore was very helpful and always available, he walked me through the process with the insurance company and how to best navigate it all. As well as sending out a great crew that did a top notch job of fixing my water damaged areas and restoring my home in very professional and clean manor.

What a difference a good, professional contractor makes! What's different and special about Restoration Associates is that unlike other contractors, they absolutely won't tell you things you want to hear, they'll tell you the truth, always upfront with project schedule/time, cost, and if you have an insurance claim, they'll even work with your insurance! Tom at Restoration Associates not only went to look for tile for my shower remodel and gave me recommendations but he even sent pictures of only those tiles that were in-stock in order to ensure timely delivery and installation. He did the same for the plumbing fixtures. During the work, he encountered unforeseen repairs and updated me immediately, including on whether the completion date would be affected or not. To save a buck, I've tried being my own contractor only to have subcontractors point fingers at each other when something wasn't done right, leaving me like the monkey-in-the-middle and always with an extra bill. Do yourself a favor, live headache free and sleep well at night by hiring Restoration Associates Corp. for your next remodel or water damage work! Tom's got your back!

Contacted Restoration Associates because my insurance recommended them and I was not disappointed. Pricing was fair, they came out quickly to assess flood damage in our basement and had everything drying by the next day. Pickup of equipment was quick as well. If you have the unfortunate circumstance of a flooded basement, highly recommend them as your first call!

Restoration Associates are the best. I had significant water damage and Tom and his folks were with me every step of the way. His crew is excellent, and after the repairs, you couldn't tell anything was ever damaged.
