I absolutely love Restoration 1, mostly because of Jason! We've had him come over for now two jobs and he has saved our house multiple times! I consider him to be such an easy person to work with. He's very respectful - he talks to me face-to-face, and that means a lot to me. I recommend Restoration 1, especially if you get to work with Jason! As my husband says "Jason's awesome - quick, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful."

Water losses among other home losses are no fun and a major inconvenience... Thank you to my PM Cole and the techs Christain, Shawn Jr, & Matt who helped make the process as smooth as possible. Cole kept on top of my project and kept it moving smoothly. The techs did a great job tearing out multiple layers of everything keeping me updated and even though my bathroom was tiny. It was not the easiest job by far. Lead in my paint made a simple job much more difficult with needing all the necessary containment. But the crews worked through it and got it done. Thank you Restoration 1 for the great work and in making the process bearable... I will definitely refer you and call you back if needed.

We had a shower drain leak with resulting water damage in the bathroom with leakage to downstairs. Initially called out a plumber who then suggested/contacted Restoration 1. They showed up almost immediately after the plumber called them. They were very helpful and professional throughout. Daniel came out for the initial assessment and did a great job walking us through what the process entails. Jessica coordinated with us and the actual demo and mold remediation was done quickly and cleanly. The documentation was also quick and very detailed. Can't really think of anything that could have been improved upon. Highly recommend.

A defective water valve that provides water to my refrigerator ice maker flooded my condo with water and did significant damage. Restoration 1 responded immediately and over several weeks they conducted water and mold mitigation. Besides their excellent work I was really impressed with Brendan who always responded to my calls and questions immediately. I was also impressed with his mitigation report that was submitted to my insurance company. The insurance company approved his report immediately and payment was then rendered. I can't thank Brendan and his workers enough for a job well done. Thank-you Restoration 1!

I have been so very impressed with Restoration 1 and their employees. They came out to my home after flooding in the house that very day , I mean, who does that anymore !! They were always polite, professional, and on time.They know their craft and even vacuumed at the end of the visits. There are several people who I would like to recognize. I know there were more. Jessica, thank you so much for taking my 1000's of calls and texts. You made me feel important. MacKay, you were my very knowledgeable and ever present source of comfort. I could always trust that you gave me the answers I needed even if it was not the answer I thought I wanted. 😁 Jacob, thank you for all of your hard work in my home. Daniel, thank you for being so quick and getting things rolling. Also helping to explain the insurance questions. There are a few more people that I would like to mention, Bianca, Tyler and Gilbert. I am sorry if I missed someone. If I ever need your help again ( hopefully not too soon 🤞) Just know you will be my first and only call. Thank you all again, Marilyn Elliott.
