Patrick was amazing today! I discovered a leak from my hot water heater about to come through my ceiling downstairs. He got here within an hour of me calling and repairs are well under way the same day. Highly recommend Patrick and the company.

Brittany, the Office Manager, kept communication organized and seamless throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Jake, the Mitigation Manager, did an exceptional job coordinating the mitigation efforts and ensuring the work was completed quickly and thoroughly.
Their attention to detail, customer service, and quality of work exceeded expectations. The team was always available to answer questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and treated our property with care and respect.

Patrick did an incredibly thorough job with our kitchen after we discovered an unexpected leak behind our fridge. He came back every day on time as scheduled, answered all our questions and kept us informed of next steps throughout the entire mitigation process.
