We had a water line leak in our refrigerator that caused quite a bit of damage in our kitchen and living room wood floors. Reset Restoration was incredible to work with. They came out for a free initial consultation and were very thorough. They answered every question we had and explained the next steps. They were present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage to make sure nothing was overlooked. They worked hand in hand with the insurance company throughout the entire process and also worked around our Thanksgiving schedule to get our floor fixed as quickly as possible. Our floors look incredible now and Reset Restoration made a potentially stressful and uncertain situation very manageable. We can't recommend them enough!

Reset is absolutely fantastic to work with. Our project manager was extremely professional, communicated with us on timelines, checked in frequently and managed our project as best I could imagine, considering the circumstance. In addition, the sub contractors they used for each step of our restoration were all great, professional and left our house clean. We highly recommend Reset for anyone needing restoration services!
