Repairs Unlimited was contracted with our insurance carrier to repair our hardwood floors when we filed an insurance claim. Cameron, our project manager, got in touch with us as soon as our claim was referred. His response was very professional as he guided the repair process. All of the services needed to work through the refinishing were handled by Cameron - arranging for the refinishing company, lining up furniture movers, painters, plumbers, even upholstery cleaners (because the movers soiled some chair fabric) were enlisted by Repairs Unlimited and we didn't need to make those calls ourselves. We understand from many neighbors who are having similar projects done, getting services to show up and complete a project may take months. Our repairs were completed in 5 days! I was prepared for lots of dust to be present after this project and was pleasantly surprised by how little dust we found when it was finished. In fact, I had arranged for a cleaning service to come and clean cabinets and surfaces in our home and canceled that service when we got back in our house and found there just wasn't that much to clean. I highly recommend Repairs Unlimited and, while I hope we don't have another need for their services, I would feel most comfortable working with them if we do.

Cameron Mendez was an amazing project manager. He went above and beyond to make things work for me. Extremely helpful and reliable. Chris Stanturf did a bulk of the kitchen labor. He installed doors, trimmed out doors, cabinets and walls, drywall work, painting and any other necessary tasks. He was very pleasant to work with, always showed up when he said he would, super friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was very good considering the quality. I highly recommend them if your looking for a remodel. I would definitely go back to them if I had a future project or insurance claim.

The top 3 levels of our home was destroyed in a fire on Thanksgiving morning, 2021. Chris Rains was the assigned contractor to restore our home. He and his team did an amazing job rehabbing and remodeling our home. They attended to every detail. We were most appreciative of how forthcoming he was through the process. Chris always offered clear communication about various updates and charges. We are so happy we worked with Chris at Repairs Unlimited.

Our Project Manager, Cameron Mendez, worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure our water damaged flooring was repaired correctly. He went beyond on service such as having felt pad s for all of furniture when the movers brought everything back in and having someone clean to remove all the dust from the floors being sanded. He also did an excellent job of keeping us updated on the progress.

We had a fire in Feb 2018 and Repairs Unlimited rebuilt our home. Aaron Widhalm was the project manager and he was awesome - very responsive, helpful and always available! The two guys he had on his construction crew were also great and went above and beyond what was required. I haven't written a review until now for a reason. Our home looked fabulous, but looks aren't everything. We moved back into our house over Labor Day weekend 2018. Now after almost 4 years later, we're finding the shortcuts and mistakes that were made by the sub-contractors. The plumber was great but the tile guy and electrician.....there is nothing good I can say about them. The electrician - none of the outdoor lighting fixtures were grounded, the cable company had to come fix the mess he made installing cable connections, the hard wired kitchen under counter lights have stopped working, the attic fan is jacked up. As far as the tile man - he did an aweful job. The backsplash is hacked in and doesn't meet the kitchen cabinets in places, floor tile grout is cracking and tiles aren't aligned straight. I do recommend Repairs Unlimited but beware of the sub-contractors, especially the electrician.
