Even though I wasn't in town, they were still able to help me entirely over the phone which was a huge plus. I worked with this company recently for some unexpected water damage in my Reno home. We had a pipe burst since it’s a quite old house. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never hired a water damage restoration service, but they were fantastic and worked directly with my insurance to get everything taken care of for me. We had a huge leak while we were out of town. When we got home it was a mess and their was water damage everywhere. I called our home insurance company and they highly recommended Reno Mold & Water Restoration Company. Their crews showed up on time and did the work promptly and professionally.
