I cannot say enough about this company. They went above and beyond to help me deal with a stressful situation. They called me back in a timely manner and provided a reasonable estimate working with my budget since insurance did not cover the damage to the property. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time leaving everything neat and orderly. Ruben was never too busy to answer questions or take my calls. It is hard to find a company now days that truly looks out for your interest but Ready Restoration has won my vote of confidence. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

As the owner of Esquire Property Management Company in Camarillo, we have used many different water damage restoration companies. From the first time Ready Restoration came by to do an estimate on a flood to the time the actual job was completed, they were great! The tenants at the flood reported that Brian and Ruben were so professional but extremely friendly and comfortable to work with at the same time. As a property manager, we appreciate that fact that they are so patient while we were waiting for the insurance claim to go through. We have hired Ready Restoration again and again. We have been completely satisfied with them and we highly recommend them for water damage restoration or mold remediation in Ventura County.

Not sure what is going on with this business. I called about carpet cleaning and the guy told me they were not able to help me and hung up. Weird and unprofessional.
