Our condo complex endured a massive flood that required pulling up the floor, knocking out drywall, etc. In the moment obviously didn't have time to research companies but the upstairs neighbor called Rapid Dry. Andy was there at 3am and his team was able to work on multiple units throughout the week. They were very flexible, communicative, and helped navigate the different steps involved. I was working on a home project and found mold in the wall and ceiling. I reached out to Rapid Dry for assistance. I worked with Andy and he went over the project and sent me a quote with in an hour. I had the team out the next day. The team of Andy, Ethan, and Mike were very professional and completed the the job in one day. I will use Rapid Dry in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

Grant was exceptional! I scheduled an appointment with him after combing through the reviews and seeing the overwhelming amount of positive things said. Grant came out and checked out the issue with mold we had and instead of giving just any price. He said it would be cheaper and not too difficult to take care of myself. He gave me the run down on what exactly to do, advised me what had probably caused it, and tips and tricks of the trade to make the job easier! Thank you Grant!

Andy came within 30 minutes, gave me a price on the spot, came with his equipment. Started at 5 pm, stayed until the job was done. Ran a dozen fans, warehouse was bone dry by the next morning!!

Rapid dry was EXCELLENT!! Andy came to my house quickly after I called. He removed dry wall, carpet and insulation. He removed the mold and dried everything out. Each time he had to return to my house, he told me what time he was coming and was ON TIME! He was extremely responsive when I called or texted! I would highly recommend this company!
