This is the most unprofessional company I've ever delt with. I have been trying to get a carpet cleaning done for the last to weeks and all I've received is a no call no show and broken promises for a reschedule. No call backs, no follow ups, and no explanation for any of it. To top it off after a 2 week headache and 1 last attemed to call this morning. The company ended rejecting the work order for no reason at all. They simply said "I don't know why". Negative stars, horrible customer service and work ethic. It seemed they didn't want to take the Job or the money so don't waist your time!!!
