Called them when my fish tank pipe broke and over 50 gallons of water went all over my house!! It smelled terrible. They came out right away, took control of the situation while explaining everything to me. They helped deal with the insurance company and mike made sure everything went through smooth from start to finish. Great people, thank you

I encountered Rainbow International and its President Mihail Boleac as a result of severe plumbing related flooding issue that occurred in my mother's basement. The damage resulted in the need for my mother to file a home owner insurance claim. Shortly, after the claim was filed, Mihail visited my mother's house to survey the damage and write an estimate. I was especially impressed with the time that Mihael invested to explain (in detail) to my mother who is a senior citizen exactly what the pending repairpro cess would involve. He also would later show me the same level of professionalism by consistently responding to the repair related inquiries I made on my mother's behalf. FYI: Due to some issues with my mother's insurance company, the timeline for this repair lasted nearly 3 months. The Rainbow team arrived at my mother's house prior to beginning repairs to meticulously box and lable her belongings for safe transport and storage during the pending repairs. Unfortunately, we learned that an asbestos issue would have to be addressed prior to Mihail's team being able to begin work on basement restoration. However, Mihail coordinated with the asbestos contractor to ensure all necessary steps were completed. Once the Rainbow team arrived onsite to begin the repairs they worked diligently (did not leave to work other jobs) for 2-3 consecutive days to complete the repairs per scheduled promise. Once the repairs were completed, Mihail's team not only returned my mother's belongings, which they had carefully cleaned due to water exposure, but unpacked the items for her inspection. The team also carefully moved items at my mother's direction back into the repaired basement space. As I mentioned earlier, my mother is a disabled senior citizen, so I was especially very appreciative of how kind and considerate the entire Rainbow team was to her during the entirety of our repair experience with them. My mother has since informed me that this is a family run operation, which probably explains the consistency of the professionalism that they display to their customers. Overall, my family had a very satisfying experience with Rainbow International of Baltimore.

Michael and Vadim do excellent work. They have done multiple highly challenging projects for both me and my clients and their attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb. They have an immense amount of knowledge......Whenever I have a question about anything restoration or construction related- they are the first call I make. Highly recommend!

Due to the nature of services provided Rainbow International are required to be entrusted in one's private space and be trusted to service correctly and with keeping personal belongings safe. We have found Rainbow to be easy to work with and feel like they are family...

I can't say enough good things about this company. When I woke up to a flooded basement, I was able to call and get a same day free inspection. They included me in the whole process and I was able to see exactly where all the water had permeated. The existing flooring and much of the baseboards and parts of the drywall were a loss. They helped me navigate the insurance process, were very easy to communicate with and were efficient, professional, and trustworthy. I especially appreciated the ability to be able to text them with questions, flooring, and paint selections. They were flexible to accommodate my work schedule. This company was a one stop shop for me. Water immediation. Repair. Painting. They even took everything out of the storage closet and put it all back when they were done. As you can see from the picture below, they totally restored my basement.
