Nick came out same day we called and had 2 additional helpers. They started removing wet carpet and baseboards right away. Returned next couple of days to move fans around and check progress and remove wood floors that also were wet. Bigger project than I expected. He also helped move things that were necessary and was very caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to call or refer him to anyone. Very happy with results!

This company was so responsive on my late night service call , due to my water flood in my bathroom, hall, and a bedroom. Nick brought out the necessary equipment for that night. Nick is very knowledgeable, and is an extremely good communicator and educated me as the steps and options he was recommending to take. All through the process , Nick did his job with the highest regard to my Home, and and was very meticulous with cleanup during an afterwards.

Dylan, was wonderful. Professional, honest, and did what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend Dylan and ProClean Restoration. My job was small, but it was taken just as seriously and professionally as a big job. It's good to have a company that you know will not just help you, but go above and beyond to do their BEST to help you. For a being in a bad situation, we had great service by PuroClean and our Service Team Leader, Nick Esquivel. Water damage to our 1st floor happened the day before we were leaving for an out-of-state vacation and our insurance agent suggested we use PuroClean for their professionalism and thoroughness. Nick was definitely on top of things! From the start we really felt the professionalism and that we could trust Nick and his team with our house while we were away. Nick worked hard until they got the job done that day removing all our flooring that needed to get removed. It just kept going and going to the point where he thought they were almost done, but stayed another hour because it just kept going and eventually took out 95% of our 1st floor flooring. They also provided a lockbox for the house so they could check on the drying of our walls until we came back from vacation. Thank you for all your hard work!! Thank you also to Senior Project Manager, Ryan Bickerstaff, for being a resource on helping me prepare documents to invoice my insurance company for the water removal we did as homeowners before PuroClean came to help! Overall, great team at PuroClean! I would definitely recommend using them for restoration if you need it! As a side note, we decided on using our own contractor for the restoration phase of our water damage claim.

We had a good experience using PuroClean during the first phase of our insurance claim. Their team, let by Nick Esquivel, were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and committed. Despite unfortunate circumstances, PuroClean and Nick made it easier to get started on the restoration by performing flawlessly during the clean up.
