We hired Mike at Puroclean to deal with a mold issue resulting from a leaky window in our basement. Mike called back on a Sunday and was extremely responsive and flexible with our schedule. Many visits, emails and calls later, Mike has been great in seeing our whole rebuild project through offering advice and contacts along the way well after his part of the job was complete. He was a great partner for my wife and I in getting our basement back in order and his service and follow through are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike's services to anyone.

As a realtor, I've interacted with a number of smoke, water, and fire remediation companies. The proprietor of this particular PuroClean business, Mike Ell, is outstanding. His decades of experience in executive level operations management shine brightly in the way he conducts his business, communicates with customers, and runs his crews. If you had a disaster and need to get it fixed, you might as well do it with someone you're going to appreciate and respect in the end. Mike is now the only person I call when my clients have a need for help.

I would like to start by saying how great it is to deal with a true professional. Mike brought all the latest equipment to completely analyze the water damage that occurred from a leaking pipe in between my two bathroom walls. He thoroughly inspected my drywall with an infrared gizmo and was able to show me exactly how high up the drywall had absorbed the water, he did the same with my flooring and vanity in both baths. Mike then recommended the most effective way to mediate the damage (without having to take a wrecking ball to my house). He walked me through the entire process in a manner that made sense. He then produced a very precise estimate in a short amount of time (as promised). After having two of his competitors look at my job, I felt confident that Mike was the right fit (and he was). Although it is never convenient to have standing water anywhere in your home, Mike made the dryout process painless. I highly recommend Mike and PuroClean for any and restoration needs.

I had a ton of water damage in my house from a broken pipe, was refereed to them by a friend and they did a great job. Cant even tell my house was flooded.
