Writing this review a few years after we worked with Puroclean. As with many homeowners, we have our fair share of challenging stories working with contractors, including ones that installed a faulty pipe, leaving us with water damage and mold. Recently, while reflecting on the various challenges we've had with contractors, we wondered if we'd had any really excellent experiences with a contractor and PuroClean were the first to come to mind. Chris and John were incredibly responsive, reassuring, and thorough in addressing our concern. We reached out to them after our original contractor refused to address the faulty pipe and resulting damage. We knew we might have to involve lawyers, and PuroClean was very helpful in documenting the damage, the cause, and the needed fixes, helping us make the case to our contractor and their insurance company that they were ultimately responsible. Even if we had ended up covering the expense ourselves, we found PuroClean very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality and timeliness of their work. Even their subcontractors were fabulous. The restored wall looks better than before. I hope we don't need restoration services anytime soon, but PuroClean will be a very easy repeat call if we do. We've recommended them to many friends finding themselves in a similarly difficult situation.

PuroClean did an excellent job with water damage at my house! They were friendly, responsive, offered a very competitive price, showed up on time, and shared photos of the before and after work. I would 100% recommend PuroClean Omaha.

I reached out to multiple companies for water damage/possible mold. PuroClean reached out and helped me find a solution before any of the other companies even responded to my initial email. John spent the time to look at my concerns, gave me honest answers, and respond to all my questions, even though I ultimately did not need their services.

Puroclean is a good company and Dave in particular was super responsive and had excellent communication during the cleanup process regarding a sewage water leak in the basement. The work was done quickly, efficiently and for a competitive price. They were also very flexible on scheduling. I will be using Puroclean next time I need a service like this! 10/10

I truly can not say enough good things about John and Chris and their team! They are hands down the best at what they do! They are honest, caring, genuine, very thorough and again, excellent at what they do! After hiring another company that did a poor job of mold remediation, Puro Clean came to the rescue to do the job right! We are SO thankful for them! They bent over backwards to help us and to make sure that we were taken care of! Thank you Puro Clean!
