Chris came quick to assess water damage from a water leak. He said was very knowledgeable, helpful & polite. He was honest & didn’t try to “sell me” unnecessary services. Thankfully we didn’t have to use his services this time. I would definitely call him again, if the need arises. Thank you Chris for the piece of mind.

I needed to have my dryer vent and AC ducts cleaned. A relative suggested them, after she was pleased with her AC duct cleaning they did. Even though I’m out of their usual service area, they showed up and did a great job!

City sewage backed up into my house last week, and I was fortunate enough to have PuroClean be my saviors in the situation. In a horrid situation, they were a shining light. They were professional, empathetic, and just all around friendly. In my eyes, they went above and beyond. And when I found out that my insurance wasn't going to pay for the damage, PuroClean were the only people who I could tell were sincerely upset about it. Not the City of Amarillo and surely not State Farm. IF I could give them 10 stars I would, and I will definitely be telling everyone about them. Thank you guys!!

These guys showed up as soon as we called them. They are very professional and friendly. As soon as they got there, they immediately got to work. Duane and his crew are amazing!
