We called the company's emergency number from out of state on a Friday afternoon, after our elderly mother's apartment was flooded. Randy, the owner, answered the phone and when we explained the situation -- our mom with mild dementia, a flooded apartment, a nonresponsive landlord, and no family close by -- he agreed to go immediately and assess the situation. When he got to our mom's apartment, he called us on FaceTime and showed us the apartment while he assessed the damage and talked with our mom. He made remediation recommendations that we were able to pass on to the landlord, who finally took action. Over the next couple of days, he checked back with us and answered our questions. We are so lucky that Randy answered his phone and was willing to help. He was wonderful with our mom and respectful with the maintenance guys at her building. He knows his business and he cares. We hope we never need to call him again but if the need arises, we won't hesitate. You shouldn't hesitate, either. (Here's the picture he sent measuring the humidity in the wall. Eek!)

I called looking for help with mold testing/ inspections. Randy was able to come to my home very quickly and helped guide me through the process for testing and restoration. He had been more then helpful and has gone way above and beyond with helping me and my situation! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Randy is absolutely Amazing!!

I cant say enough how great our experience was with Puro Clean. Rarely have I dealt with a company where I felt they were genuinely invested and empathetic. From day 1 Randy, the owner was highly communicative, timely, and worked with us to turn our not so fun situation around. We had a good amount of water damage in multiple rooms in our home. Randy was there multiple times over the course of the mitigation and restoration, sometimes just to check in, sometimes to perform work himself. He kept us updated on details, timelines, and always checked in before any changes were made along the way. In the end, the areas in our home that were effected look better than before the damage. Honestly one of our best experiences ever since we’ve owned our home, and a pleasure to work with!

Randy and his team are absolutely fantastic. They have been incredibly responsive and helpful during a very stressful event (flooding). The communication throughout the entire process was amazing and the work they did was great. I’m very grateful and appreciative for their work and support. I highly recommend their services!

Randy and his team are the quintessential professionals you would want to have in your home/business to help mitigate water damage as well as being part of the restoration process. I had a major water leak and after speaking with Randy about the situation, he was at my house in just under an hour to assess the damage and begin the process. He and his team were always timely, respectful, and went out of there way to effectively communicate what was happening and what to expect. They helped take the anxiety out of an already stressful situation and gave me piece of mind that everything would turn out well. While I hope I never need their assistance again in the future, I now have a go to team that I highly recommend to anyone who may need their services.
