I had a water dam on my roof which caused water to leak into an upstairs bedroom. I called PuroClean around 3:00pm on a Monday afternoon and had two technicians out at my house by Tuesday morning for a free inspection. After they checked the attic, scanned my walls for moisture, and inspected my roof and exterior walls, they determined I was not in need of their services due to how the water leaked in and how I was able to remove the water dam in time. My review is based not on the quality of their work but on the honesty of their technicians. I would strongly recommend calling PuroClean first for any restoration work you may need. You will receive thorough inspection with honest recommendations. Thank you PuroClean!

I have worked for a mitigation company before. Never had to use one until now. We had a Pipe break in wall of kitchen causing damage to Kitchen and basement. I needed a Trustworthy company. I have to say Jerome and Kevin are Top Notch! Professional and really explained everything to us thoroughly. Jerome was there the same day we called within hours! Also, gave us Contractor's info and a plumber they recommended. Our House is dry now and waiting for reconstruction. I would recommend Puro clean to anyone needing their services.

We had significant water damage in the lower level of our home after a septic issue. Kevin and his team showed up and quickly got to work,. I have mold allergies, and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was sanitized throughly. I also have pets, and they were extra conscious of keeping them safe through the process also. I truly hope no one has this type of icky situation, but if you do call PuroClean. They get there fast, and make your home safe and sanitized. Highly Recommend!

When you need emergency home assistance due to flood, etc; look no further than PuroClean North Spokane! Jerome & Kevin were instant help for us when we discovered our sump pump failed. From our initial call explaining the basement flood, we could tell we were fantastic caring hands that were knowledgeable, professional, reasonable & kind. Jerome offered to come inspect & mentioned best case scenario, they tell us we can manage the issue on our own. Unfortunately for us, the damage was extensive enough to need fans & dehumidifiers to assist with drying out the flooring, baseboards, etc. LUCKY FOR US, they had all the equipment and then some to get to work right away. This equipment was top of the line...they do not mess around! The entire process was seamless. Our favorite part about this home inconvenience was meeting Jerome & Kevin...immediately realizing we could trust them with our home & simply getting to know them while they worked diligently on ensuring our basement would recover. They are amazing people that truly know what they’re doing and CARE about the outcome of your home. From start to finish, our home took about one week due to the damage. They were always communicative with every step and punctual. We are confident they did as much as possible to keep the cost down while ensuring no corners were cut. We hope to not have a flooding issue again, but if for some unlucky reason we do...PuroClean North Spokane will be our ONLY call! We suggest you look no further...

I wish I could give 10 stars! Spokane is very lucky to have this company. Bottom line: Save yourself a ton of grief getting multiple bids (from many people you’d rather not have in your home) and just hire Puro Clean. You won’t find more professional, respectful, kind, or honest people. You also won’t find a better price because Puro Clean only does what’s truly needed. We had a groundwater flood in our basement which wasn’t covered by insurance. It was extremely stressful. I did my due diligence getting multiple bids which only added to the stress. Every other company either didn’t call back, or didn’t know what they were talking about while quoting a high FIXED price. Some were even rude acting like they didn’t want my husband and I around – in our home! Kevin, the owner, and Josh, of Puro Clean were so nice and respectful. They even donned booties which I greatly appreciated. They were a complete pleasure to work with, truly the only bright spot in the entire process. Since our insurance wasn’t covering, they advised us on how to do the work ourselves and then came back to make sure nothing further was needed, but ready to provide it if necessary. They saved us thousands of dollars. I’m forever grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough. All insurance companies should be recommending this company. I'm jealous of one reviewer who said her agent dispatched Puro Clean. If only ours had!
