Everyone I worked with for my bio-hazard clean up was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough communication. They made sure I knew exactly what to expect next. I felt like they were on my side and wanted to get my life back to normal as much as I did. 10/10 would definitely use again, but let's hope I don't need to!

I contacted Tim at PuroClean right away after my basement took water. He did a great job coming out and cleaning it up and making sure any smells or mold were gone. Quick, professional, reliable...I would call him again if I had another issue.
