Nate was very thorough with checking out every room for wetness. He found a lot more than was expected. He is very pleasant and answered any questions we had. Your company is lucky to have such a conscientious and knowledgeable person to represent them. Especially in this time of turmoil.
Kiven was our technician from Puroclean. He was our hero. We just put in brand new hard wood floor and had a flood. He saved our floors and us lots of money. He truly is a great Employee and caring of other people and their belongings. I recommend him for anyone's job. I'll request him again if I ever use Puroclean.
