Lino came out after a leak in my home. I cannot express how wonderful he was. At every step of the way he was knowledgable and reassuring. The process went much more smoothly than I expected. They have an extensive understanding of how to best manage these types of disasters that can happen.

Lino was absolutely exceptional! He has the highest level of integrity and work ethic. He handled a very delicate emotional situation with empathy and sincerity and he handled the clean up of my home with professionalism, care and attention to detail. I could not have asked for a better person to work with, he was an absolute Godsend. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but I know the people who will be reading this will be dealing with shock and grief and confusion like I was. I want you to know that this company will treat you with respect. They will explain everything to you and help you come up with a solution that works. Lino and Olga made my house safe and clean, But most importantly, they made it feel like a home again. I wish that for all of you who may be going through the same experience. I hired Our clean to biohazard my trailer after a squatter was living in it while I storage. Lino was amazing. Super friendly, efficient, and thorough. He made the process easy. Would definitely recommend them.

Luis, Emilio, and Jose were amazing! They made an issue that is difficult to deal with as easy as possible. Communicated the process, answered questions, friendly, punctual, and professional. They did a wonderful job. I 110% recommend PuroClean to do the job when things go wrong.
