Toilet backed up and flooded bathroom and bedroom. PuroClean showed 3 hrs after it was reported to insurance company. Their people were great very knowledgeable and did the water removal and dehumidifying and kept in touch with us to talk about the status of the job.

PuroClean was the third restoration provider we met over the course of a water leak problem in our kitchen and they were definitely the best. They were referred to us by our insurance company. When others told us our entire kitchen had to basically be torn apart (including countertops, backsplash, plumbing and floor), PuroClean gave us a good plan that caused the least amount of disruption. Follow through was top notch and communication was helpful and frequent. First Nicola and his assistant came out and explained the process and took measurements. They were easy to understand and clear about what they would do. They recommended using an additional company, RenewMedic, to remove our cabinets without destroying the countertops, backsplash or plumbing. PuroClean would then follow up with flooring removal and drying and cleaning, doing whatever was necessary to make our kitchen usable again. It took a few weeks for us to make a decision along with our insurance company. PuroClean did not disappear; rather, they kept contact by message and email and once we gave them the green light they began work very quickly, setting up a neat enclosure and starting the drying process. Within a few days our cabinets were out and off to the shop to remake what needed to be done, and the drying and cleaning work of PuroClean was completed. After the work was completed the kitchen was left clean and neat. Additionally, the office professionals at PuroClean provide prompt and clear estimates, invoices and are available right away for any phone communication. I don’t usually write long reviews but I believe PuroClean deserves high praise for not only the excellent work they do, but the way they treat their customers. I will always recommend them in the future.

Once again, PuroClean provided expert water mitigation service for my kitchen maple floors. The team was prompt, knowledgeable and totally professional. From the initial assessment of the situation to the installation of drying equipment, Incencio kept me informed of every step, as well as daily progress updates. Administrative side of the business is equally professional. Respect for my property and all the equipment installed is clean and not “shop worn” which says attention to detail. I cannot give high enough praise for the professionalism and expert service PuroClean provides. 100% satisfied.

PuroClean, especially Nicola and his team, were wonderful to work with. After a pipe burst in my basement, they handled the demolition with honesty, professionalism, and care. Everyone was respectful, hardworking, and easy to communicate with. Their quote was fair, and when the job was done, they only charged for the actual work completed with no unnecessary extras. It’s hard to find people who work with this level of honesty and professionalism. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend working with Puro Clean. As a first time customer, I've had an excellent experience with the entire Puro Clean team. They are efficient in their communications, prompt with keeping their scheduled appointments and professional with performing the agreed upon service.
