On a recent Saturday about noon our water heater blew out, resulting in about an inch of water in four rooms in our house (office, bathroom, kitchen and breakfast room). After shutting off the water, we immediately got online to find someone to help. We were lucky to find PuroClean. They were here very quickly and helped to get the situation under control and even saved a bunch of our belongings. So happy we called them!

It can be a pretty helpless feeling when a pipe bursts in your attic flooding the ceiling and soaking insulation and who knows what else. That's what happened to me. I was very relieved after having contacted Puroclean to have Dennis show up. I'm a natural skeptic so it was reassuring when Dennis not only told me what would be needed but could show me using his various meters and expertise specifically where there was damage that would need to be addressed. He was able to show where water had travelled so as to get drying equipment to it to avoid future mold problems. He was also able to use equipment that dryed areas behind walls in a way that avoided much more costly repairs. He was able to show me visual differences between unaffected areas of my house and those that experienced damage. I can whole heartedly recommend his expertise, his professionalism, and his calming influence in the event you to need fire or water restoration services.
