PuroClean came in and got everything cleaned up. They were professional and took the up most care of my house. And they made sure not to let my cat and dogs out! I was extremely impressed with how much they got done everyday. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

We had a leak in the master bathroom and the Columbia Puro clean team was quick and efficient. Very courteous and made sure the job was done correctly. Checked while the machines were here and cleaned up everything when they left. Highly recommend

Had a broken pipe on a slab home. They dehumidified, used numerous fans and kept at it till it was dry. Employees were professional, polite and hard working. Removed flooring and took pictures for insurance purposes. Would use them again although I hope I don't have to.

After I accidentally left the utility sink running in our laundry room (in our brand new home) running, Allstate connected us with PuroClean. PuroClean came out within a few hours and got the fans going. Because of their quick response, we only need to have carpet padding and some floorboards removed and replaced. They were able to salvage our walls and ceiling! The general manager came the very next morning and was able to FaceTime with Allstate to get our claim approved. They came back every day for the next several days to check the progress. Their communication, professionalism, and kindness were all top notch. This was a seamless process of water mitigation thanks to them. They helped make a really tough time for us, so much easier. I will always recommend them!
