Oh my goodness this company blew me away! They were all so kind and hard workers. Not only did they come and fog our tiny house, which changed my life completely, but a week later when we found a suspicious looking collection of dots on our wall they were available for a call and willing to come an hour away just to fix it for us! They really took my need for a safe place to live seriously, and it brought me to tears. Happy ones, of course!

I had a pipe leak in my basement and I was unaware of four months! By the time I found out what was going on the mold was thick and multicolored all around my HVAC system. I called Pure Maintenance Washington and they were there within 24 hours and had the mold completely remediated same day! We have had no smell, symptoms or growth of mold anyone in our house since. Even the mold in our upstairs bathroom that always seem to grow slowly has stopped growing altogether! Totally amazing service, great and honest guys. Would completely recommend them Over traditional methods which would’ve cost me a fortune and taking extensive amount of time to rip out material and replace.

Pure Maintenance of Washington was recommended by multiple people who have personally used them. We had them fog our building at the initial onset of COVID, however, just a few months prior we had a sprinkler head malfunction and cause a small flood. We were able to get this remedied quickly, but as a safe hold we also had the area fogged for molds as well.

I have not yet hired the services for mold removal, but plan to at a later date. Matthew has demonstrated excellent communication, prioritized my best interests over a sale, very accommodating to schedule changes and effectively educated me about mold and how their cleaning services remediate the problem.
