The owner and Nate were both polite and professional throughout the service and I am highly satisfied. Nate was a very friendly, honest and experienced technician. I felt easy to talk to him and I felt well listened by him whenever I asked him questions about a mold test and treatment plans. He answered with honest and customer focused minds. They gave me some options if I wanted to go with lower budget for easy and quick repair or higher pricing for even better improvement. The pricing is also very reasonable for quality of service. I highly recommend PureMaintenance!!

Donnie, Spencer and the rest of the team are great to work with! We've used them on several rental properties to clean the air ducts and they're very professional, work well with our tenants, provide a great service and a great price. They communicate very well too. Highly recommend them (and I have to other real estate professionals) and will continue to use them for air duct cleaning and also mold remediation issues.

Nate Hill (Lead Tech) From our initial conversation he was professional, patient, very knowledgeable & respectful. He took his time explaining all that was needed to resolve the issues. Although Nate is the lead tech he worked in the bathroom & attic with his team to get the job done. The prices Nate quoted were more than fair. He did not change the prices after starting the job. Nate offered additional services like dry fogging but explained that getting that additional service was not required to resolve the issue. I chose to dry fog my entire house. The dry fog kills mold spores, bacteria and viruses. For me it was added peace of mind. I’ve lived in my home over seven years. After getting the dry fogging it left my home smelling really clean and fresh! Everyone who has visited my home sense I got it dry fogged comments that it smells like a new home. Ben N. He painted our bathroom ceilings to add extra protection from future mold. He is also the team member that dry fogged my entire house. He was a joy to work with also. He kept me laughing while he was around. Which took my mind off how stressful this entire ordeal had been. Chris & Dave did an amazing job removing the mold from the bathroom and attic. They even cleaned up behind themselves. Left no mess. They all treated our home as if it were their own. Afterward an environmentalist returned to collect samples from the bathroom, the attic, water & air from the areas remediated by the Pure Maintenance Team. The results revealed there were no spores detected. Our home is totally free of mold. Pure Maintenance offers a warranty on their work.I highly recommend them. If I should ever have to call a company for mold removal in the future it will “definitely” be Pure Maintenance. Awesome job! Thanks guy!

I had a major water leak in my home and the mold started to grow quickly. I was really worried about the health of my family and the safety of my home. I called Pure Maintenance Mold Remediation and they were able to come out and assess the situation right away. They were very professional and explained the process to me in detail. They got to work right away and had the mold removed in a matter of days. I am so glad I called them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs mold remediation services.
