I needed a new roof from hail damage. Mike and Trevin were in my neighborhood offering free inspections. Normally I ignore that kind of offer but they presented themselves so well that I agreed. They inspected it, provided pics to help me understand what they saw, offered to work with my insurance carrier if needed ( and it was.) Overall- could not have asked for a better experience. Their crew did a great job, completely cleaned up when finished, went above and beyond in every aspect. Absolutely highly recommend Promise Restoration.

I was so pleased with Promise Construction and their excellent service. My roof sustained significant hail and wind damage from recent weather events. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Trevin who was very knowledgable making the process simple for me. He kept me updated and built a relationship with trust that was very important for me. Now I am at ease that I have a new, nice roof on my home. Trevin and Mike went above and beyond to insist us in getting a new roof! They are knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of the roof/insurance process. On their initial visit to our home they actually got on the roof and provided photos of our damage immediately AND…they spotted severe damage on our neighbors roof, who happened to be out of town. With no thought of cost or time, Promise Roofing immediately covered neighbors damage with tarps to prevent further damage.
Trevin worked tirelessly with our insurance company, the adjuster, and pressed forward like no one had ever done for us. Our new roof and gutters are beautiful, the quality is excellent! We could not be more pleased!

I am simply impressed at the level of professionalism displayed, and our new roof looks fantastic.
We thought we were going to have to pay $25K for a new roof but now all we paid was our $5K deductible.
