Project X made our renovations/clean up process run so smoothly! I am incredibly happy with everything Sam did to get our trailer updated and ready for move in! Sam was efficient, fast and knew our price limitations and worked with us along the way. When I first reached out to get an estimate, he met me at the property that next day, received a couple different estimates on costs within 24 hours after that, and once we found the right one to fit the price point, he was already prepared to start. I was extremely impressed and will continue to use Project X for all future renovations needed!

Project X did a fantastic job renovating my condo after my unit sustained water damage. Sam, the project manager, was professional, personable, and always prompt on getting back to me with any questions I had. He kept me informed with every aspect of the project, which I appreciate since I am very hands on. Sam oversaw the entire project, and made certain that nothing was omitted or glossed over. Even after repairs were completed, the job wrapped up, and new tenants moved in, he came back out to tweak a few things that the tenants requested to be looked at. That is real quality service that is hard to come by nowadays. I was extremely satisfied with Project X and would highly recommend them to any family or friends, and would hire them again in a heart beat.

I worked with Sam at Project X on a repairing some water damage from a roof leak. The entire project was first class. Sam is extremely responsive and was able to be flexible around scheduling. I was very impressed with the work they did. They "sealed" off the work area and kept the mess away from the rest of the living areas as they worked. The space was cleaner and looked better after they were done then it was before they started. The project took about 2 days longer then expected but it was absolutely worth the wait. If you have any restoration needs I highly recommend working with Project X and Sam.

The team at Project X were fantastic to work with. After the frustration of a flood, the team was prompt to assess the damage, quickly offered options, and were great at communicating. They performed the repair work professionally and efficiently. I'm keeping their info handy for any future work that might come up (hopefully no future flooding!) Highly recommend.
