We've used Professional Carpet Systems once a year to clean our carpets and upholstery. We have three dogs who pretty much have the run of the house...sometimes leaving gifts. And we have a 25-year-old white wall-to-wall carpet. They do an excellent job setting up appointments, giving fair estimates and cleaning and deodorizing all our carpets, making sure everything is back in place when they leave. The staff is great.

Besides the cleaning they also re-stretched the carpet and did an excellent job. Looks like new. Very professional, polite and explained about drying time and when we could use the rooms. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Incredibly impressed by the company. Curtis was always incredibly responsive, helpful, did exactly what he said he was going to. Dealt direct with the insurance company also. Adam the technician was also excellent. I would highly recommend the company.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. I contacted them about mold remediation. Two people came to my house at different times to look at the problem. They were prompt and very kind and knowledgeable. They promised to get back to me with a quote.
There was no quote for about two weeks. I called to get more information about the quote. That day, it was finally sent. When I asked when the project would begin, I was given an excuse about the storm that happened in August. I was understanding despite me inquiring about the remediation prior to the storm. I was told that I would receive a call from the manager to set up an appointment. This occurred in August, and it is now January. There is still no call!!
UPDATE: Amy reached out to me and we were able to work things out. The team came and finished the task. The staff was able to describe the procedure and the products they were using. Even what to expect after. They were able to provide recommendations to prevent the problem from recurring.
I'd like to thank Amy, Curtis, Victor, and one other gentleman whose name I can't recall right now for helping to turn this experience around.

This company got paid A LOT by my insurance and continues to send me bills. When I contact them I am told the owner will contact me but she doesn’t, just keeps sending bills. Be careful of them double dipping with insurance and then try to charge you.
