Pro Restoration was outstanding to work with. They negotiated a fair price with my insurance company. Their scheduling and follow-up process was efficient, professional, and courteous. Very friendly folks! And the team that they sent out to do the work was top notch. They restored our bathroom floor, adjacent bedroom wall, and garage ceiling below back to perfect shape in just a few days. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you PR for a great job!
Let's start by telling you what "NOT" to expect if you use Pro Restoration. You will not receive honest and responsive answers to your questions from the onset. I recommend that you not rely on Pro Restoration "time" sensitive commitments that will not be adhered to. Do not expect timely callbacks, texts, or accurate communication from the only office person [that I'm aware of] named Jennifer. Don't expect to see clean or new equipment that Pro Restoration shows on its website and Yelp. You won't receive plastic protective enclosures, as shown on their website and Yelp, even if you request them. Do not expect Pro Restoration's location, even after asking employees. And, when you find Pro Restoration (it's not difficult), don't expect signage indicating their location at 2710 S Highland Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Don't expect straightforward answers to your questions from anyone. Don't expect professional, clean, and pleasant workers who are helpful or transparent. Expect "not" to see the mitigation cost until weeks after you request it from Nick or Jennifer. Finally, and most importantly, don't plan on speaking with anyone who will give you their real name, such as "Nick," who I believe is "Sarkis Abgaryan," and his wife Eliza Abgaryan, who wouldn't give me her name when I repeatedly asked her when she came out from the back of OSP Plumbing after hearing my questions to the front office girls. Here is what you can expect from Pro Restoration. A company shrouded in secrecy that shows OSP Plumbing signage but no reference to Pro Restoration. Eliza Abgaryan will not give you her name and tell you that Pro Restoration is in "the back room," according to her. People like Eliza Abgaryan, who "others" say is the HR manager, office manager, co-owner, and wife of Sarkis Abgaryan, aka Nick (referenced above). There is also Hazar Abgaryan, with whom I have not determined the relationship but informed that he is the brother of Sarkis Abgaryan. Workers from OSP Plumbing, located at the OSP Plumbing address at 2710 S Highland Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109, will tell you Pro Restoration will do an excellent job at a reasonable cost. However, they neglect to tell you both entities are owned and operated by the same people, the Abgaryan clan. You can expect the workers to tell you that you have a severe "bio-hazard level III" that requires the mitigation of Pro Restoration at a price that will make your head spin when you see the first and final invoice weeks after the mitigation has ended. Such recommendations are unethical and should require a review by the Nevada State Contractors Board. Both Pro Restoration and OSP Plumbing have licensing from the Contractors Board. *My review is ongoing. I will upload further information and pictures about Pro Restoration shortly.
SCAMMERS!!!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE. On 9/21/23 Pro restoration was recommended to fix the stand the water heater was on because there was a bit water damage. They came in ready to start demolishing without giving me an estimate. I decided to call the home insurance company first to make sure they’d pay for the repairs before I even let them break anything however they insisted they needed to leave a big humidifier to dry the stand & I gave in. 9/22/23 I called pro restoration to remove the humidifier. They kept trying to push me into leave it in place. The rep said there was an emergency & they would pick it up when they were free which ended up being 9/25. Rep said I wouldn’t have additional fees as they couldn’t pick it up sooner. I informed them the insurance wanted a detailed estimate. A week later I called to check on the estimate & they send me a very padded est that included the days the previous rep advised would not be charged, 5 hours of set up / take down that never occurred, & an emergency call fee. I spoke to Jen & I told her between both visits it could not have added to an hour of work & i used the humidifier 1 day. She said she’d work on the new estimate. 10/23 I call back to follow up & Jen finally sends me an estimate that was less padded bill but with nothing that my ins co asked for. Jen stated driving time is added to the 3 hrs listed as “work hours”. I asked for a mngr call back that not happened. I spoke to Chrissy or Casey 10/26 trying to intimidate with starting a collections profile if I didn’t pay the $500+ bill. I told her I wanted it revised. She stated the days charged for the humidifier & 5 hrs of work were revised. They consider fixing their own mistakes a revision. I asked for another mngr call and she beat around the bush saying they might call me if they get a chance but couldn’t give me a time frame at all! I’m sure they won’t be calling me. Had I let them rip open the stand the bill would have been enormous I’m sure.
My neighbor recommended pro restoration. My rental home got flooded and they saw water running out my front door. He immediately turned my water off and gave me Pro Restorations number to call. Nick and his team were out there in under 30 minutes. They stopped the leak. Advised a plumber to actually fix the leak and guide me through the entire claims process. Not only did they help me get the water out of my house, but they did amazing repair work in my living room and kitchen. I love my new floors and kitchen floors. Thank you to Nick and his team.
We were in need of a restoration company and our neighbors recommended Pro Restoration. Everyone from the project manager , Nick , to the office staff were quick to respond to our emergency water damage and were able to work with our insurance company in a swift manner. They are also contractors and were able to not only handle the mitigation/drying portion but to also rebuild the damaged area. Thank you to Jennifer and Nick.
