I had a problem with mold in my house and I spoke with Kelly. She was quick to schedule me and send her employees out right away! They were all very professional and knowledgeable! My biggest concern was to make sure they got everything and nothing was left behind. They were great, they were meticulous and you could tell they really cared about making sure it was all removed! If you are looking for a restoration company that is professional and pays attention to detail, look no further you will be very happy with them!!!
Our home caught on fire in April. A majority of the property, destroyed. We signed with Fred at Priority Restoration to handle the immediate damage. That decision proved to be a wise one. Dealing with him & his employees has been a pleasure. Every aspect of this process, a positive one. My uncles house recently caught fire and Priority Restoration took care of my family in a very professional and timely manner. His team stayed in touch with my aunt and uncle during the entire duration in a very traumatizing situation. Kevin made sure my family had everything the needed from start to finish. I don’t wish a fire on anyone but if you ever have one or need restoration services, priority is company to use.
They came out to look at our roof so he could give us an estimate. We need a whole new roof done and called them for a price. He came out on Feb. 30th and said he would email us an estimate. As of may 19th, almost 3 weeks later, we are still waiting for their estimate! ???
Very courteous and professional, super fast response and clean up time. Fred is a great guy and excellent to work with. These guys jumped in and took care of our flooded basement while we were out of town. By the time we got home, all the water was cleaned up and the area dried out. I cannot recommend this company enough, they will be there for you when need them and they will make it better when you have no idea even where to start.
