We had a problem at our house due to water damage. There was water leakage from different parts of the house. We called the company, and they were very responsive and helpful. Thomas and his team showed up just hours after I called. We are delighted with how fast and efficiently they handled the problem. Throughout the process, the team was very professional and empathetic. They were careful with moving our stuff, and nothing was damaged. Again, they were very professional and friendly and informed us of the process. We are incredibly pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Prime Water Damage Restoration responded to my call with urgency and professionalism. Laura and her team worked seamlessly to diagnose and treat the water damage we had in our home. Given the dire situation, I had to accept their opinion over other contractors we called. Fortunately, I was right to entrust them. All the project requirements were met on time. They showed us a great sense of ingenuity with their initial response as well as their follow through.

The sink of our kitchen started to leak, and it was just flooding. We were in horror as we didn’t know how to get it sorted out. It happened out of the blue. After talking to a neighbor, we decided to use another company, but they were not responding. We were very tense and ended up trying to locate some companies near our area and bumped into Prime Water Damage Restoration-Baton Rouge. As soon as we called them, Thomas responded right away. He understood our urgency and came by an hour later. He saved all of us by fixing the horrible leak.
