Probably the worst restoration company on Oahu still waiting after 3 months for these amateur’s to finish the job . On top of this the estimate dollar amounts added to change living room and kitchen floors when no water damage was found. The bright spot is the employee’s who do the work are super polite and respectful

Thanks to the extremely speedy response to my anquish over a burst pipe and flooded house, this company saved me even more grief. Don and Matt worked professionally and diligently to remedy the water suction and drying necessities. Communication was excellent with supervisor Scotty and together they made a horrible situation bearable and the remedy was perfect.

I normally don’t leave feedback online, but I was impressed on the services we received from Premier Restoration Hawaii (Oahu). The above condo unit from ours had water leaks for months and caused substantial damage to our bathroom ceiling, walls and flooring. We called some restoration company to assess the damages in our unit but didn't get any reasonable quote and customer service responses were lacking. Premier Restoration Hawaii was referred to us and they provided us with great service from start to end. The inspector (Mike Casing) who came in the next day after we called was very thorough explaining the process and very professional. We received the work estimates a few days later and after receiving approval from our insurance company, the Mitigation Team started the work right away. After several weeks the Reconstruction Team took over. Everyone we encounter at Premier Restoration Hawaii in Oahu were very pleasant to work with and provided great services. Special thank you to the Reconstruction Team project manager, John (JJ) Parugganan and his crew Vic and others. JJ and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. JJ responded to all our texts and calls, even at night and on weekends. He made sure all our questions and concerns were answered. Overall Premier Restoration Hawaii did a great job restoring our bathroom better than before and absolutely would recommend them.

Conclusion: Horrible management, expect at least 2-3 weeks delay, communicate everyday, they made temporary door that doesn’t even close properly(which broken 3 days later and they hasn’t fixed it) because they FORGOT to order the door?
Had 45 days and now asking for 7 days more extension, extra $2100 expense. It feels like good people working for bad company. Will keep yall updated, but so far this is my review
They took 3 months from February to mid May to prepare for construction which they claim we need to be out for 45 days, and now they’re asking for 7 days more extensions while other units are done. They literally work only 2 hours a day and take break for the rest. I see multiple days that they are never working, what kind of restoration company works 2 hours a day for 45 days with multiple days of no shows, and now requesting for 7 days more extensions.
Update June 30th
Literally workers there are nice, but still have no progress. They asked for 7 days extensions and still have wall paint, ceiling paint, flooring, wall construction, door attachment, ceiling fan attachment, kitchen attachment, and ac unit attachment and STILL NOBODY WORKED ON THAT DAY. They also said “4th of July is holiday” which makes them only have 4 more days to work on those. Unprofessional and horrible company management, fail to notify the client with extra cost. Only reason I gave 2 star is because ceiling fan and ac unit attachment is almost 75% of competitors.
Update of July 6th
They asked for another 2 days extension. We’ve already had to extend for 9 days and has no floating assets left, which puts our family in danger of homelessness until they finish their work.
Update of July 11th
They’re still working on the house. Basically they are making another company to do it. Those Chinese workers works way more than Premier, it makes me even think I should’ve just asked them instead of premier doing it. Everything will be done by July 14 they said, which means it was basically 15 days extra extension on top of 45 days they had. If they could made it done 75% of works in first 15 days, why couldn’t they finish in 45 days they had
