From time to time we all get hit with a large problem or two, and that recently happened to us. We kept smelling a foul smell but did not know where it was coming from. We called a plumber who came out and inspected our crawl space. He found a 'lake' of very nasty looking and smelling water under the house. It even had mosquito larva in it. The plumber said he could not locate and repair the problem until things were made clean and accessible. Enter Plano Resto Pros !! They came out and inspected the area. They immediately gave us a fair estimate to fix the mess. It took 4 days to do the massive clean-up, including water removal, 18 large bags of polluted dirt and other necessary work. When they were done, the bad smell was gone, the plumber could do his work and we finally had a nice home again. Sana worked with us very closely and helped us to work with the insurance company.
