There is not enough words to say how amazing this company and the people that work for this company are. The owners are beyond amazing and caring and do anything they can to help you feel safe and happy even in this worse situation. The receptionist is awesome, she is always on it getting ahold of insurance claim to get updates and the crew are sweet and quick….. I wish alllllll companies had owners and workers like this company! Thank you Marc, Jim, Kendal and the rest of the crew for such a calm experience in a crazy situation! You deserve a lot more than 5 stars for sure!!! If you can’t tell; I realllllyyyyyy recommend this company! Thank you again guys!

Marc and the Pinpoint team are awesome! They did a mold removal job in my home that took about 4 days. They were always on time, friendly and courteous and worked with my insurance company to make sure all costs were covered. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I tried using other companies in the past and none were like Pinpoint!! Marc and crew were very professional! They showed up on time and did the work in a timely fashion! Their equipment that they use is very high end which I was very impressed! Water and mold removal was a success! Strongly recommend using Pinpoint, you won't be disappointed!!

They handles a Bio-Clean up for me. They were prompt and professional.
