Seriously everyone in this company is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, thorough, instill confidence, and work step by step with your insurance. My home has unfortunately suffered multiple water damages and being a relatively new homeowner I was really worried about the whole process. Travis and his team are always extremely proactive at mitigating damage and getting to work. They are very responsive, I’ve never known any company or business to be as communicative and available. They’ve always made me feel prioritized and never made me feel bad about early morning updates or late night questions. They make sure to contain everything really well and always clean up after. They are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly highly recommend this company.

We can't say enough good things about Pinnacle Restoration. Water remediation began within an hour of contact - on a Sunday, no less. Crews were professional, efficient, thorough and fast. High quality work. And did I say fast? What most likely would have been a 1 - 3 month process was completed in less than 3 weeks. Just amazing service and work. We're very pleased we used Pinnacle.
