Our PM, Isaac was fantastic. He was always available, checked in on the teams and made sure things were running smoothly. The crew was great too. I work from home and they were always considerate of the timing and noise. They cleaned up every night and really worked hard every single day. The crew was skilled and made sure the work was done properly and that I was happy with it.

Overall, the experience with our local Paul Davis team was excellent--start-to-finish. After an upstairs toilet in our house ran and overflowed for hours, flooding upstairs rooms as well as flowing down through ceilings and walls into numerous rooms and storage spaces, our insurance company called in the Paul Davis company to assess and mitigate the water damage. Joel, the lead mitigation tech, was outstanding at communicating what the process would entail from start-to-finish. During the process he explained his damage findings (using moisture detecting equipment) and the the mitigation solutions that they would be putting into place; as well as the expected duration. The team who came in and did the demoing and set-up the dehumidifying and drying equipment also did an outstanding job. Everyone on the team was polite, professional, and considerate. Each team member wore masks in our house and truly seemed to take our safety and comfort into consideration throughout the entire mitigation process. The only constructive criticism that I would give was that, prior to starting up the dehumidifiers and heaters in multiple rooms (which would be used to dry out the ceilings, walls, and floors that had been impacted by the upstairs toilet overflowing), I wish that we'd been advised to remove all of the contents of our food pantry, as well as furniture in other impacted rooms. The result was a loss of most of our food--which was ruined by the intense heat over the course of multiple days, as well as potential damage to furniture from the wood being desiccated to the point of becoming cracked or warped. I would suggest that this become a standard warning to clients in the future. When the mitigation was complete, the team came in and removed all of the equipment, removed all of the plastic barriers, and cleaned-up after themselves very well. We appreciate responsiveness, professionalism, and all of the hard work that was done to help dry out our home quickly. So, that one oversight aside, I'm still giving them a 5 start rating and I would highly recommend the local Paul Davis team!

The professional yet relaxed approach was perfected. Kyle Greene was a joy to come through my home and the team he sent out of Engel and his partner were top notch, respectful, informative, and patient with me and my two dogs in the house. They all were excellent, I 100% recommend Paul Davis!

When you're burned out, literally, nice to have these guys helping you out. Dustin is the best. In addition, the dynamic duo of Darrell and Christian made delivery of my saved,/cleaned possessions Nov 20 evening and are my new best friends. Courteous and genuinely interested in my story, they placed the numerous boxes where they needed to go. Really made a good impression. As for me, it's like early Christmas as I start opening boxes. ✌️🤠
