Between the various different crews, Paul Davis was in constant contact with us and kept us very well informed of what was happening and what would come next. The finish work was fantastic and the project manager was extraordinarily helpful and informative over what was being done. Steve and his crew did an amazing job getting us back to better than before condition.

Can not recommend these guys enough! Storm, Talia, and Joel did amazing jobs drying out our house after a pipe leak/burst. They arrived with exactly the right equipment only 2 hours after I called. They are working in close connection with our insurance company and making this process easier than we thought it would be. Those who came to our home were quick, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. 10 out of 10 recommended

Unfortunately, I myself have had to call Paul Davis twice for fire, and then I recommended them when my daughter had an electrical fire too. I have toured their facility twice, learned about the systems they have in place for all aspects of fire damage, and Ive met everyone there. They are completely ready to help you when you are overwhelmed by fire, and your life is turned upside down. They even work with insurance companies to get as much covered, as possible. If you have very specific questions, you get to speak directly with the person in charge of that area. They have three guys available to you if needed, but you have your specific guy that oversees your entire job, and you have his cell number to contact anytime. These people choose to deal with very stressed out, and upset people every day, and they do a good job. This last job for me was small, but they got slammed by massive storms causing a lot of extra jobs, and after Covid, supplies were backed up sometimes 3 months. They were diligent in keeping me informed, even if it was with a delay. Other contractors in town were struggling much worse. I was glad I had the biggest, most widely known co when they were ordering 2 garage doors. They were able to shorten the wait considerably. I could go on, but call them. They will come out and give you an estimate, and you will feel much better. Thx!

Joel was well-trained and knowledgeable about water damage and the way water travels through areas of least resistance. He was thorough in checking for moisture each day and wise in making decisions about the next right step. He was polite and answered all my questions. His helper Jace was also polite and respectful and wore booties each time he entered the house. Typically we like to do things on our own to save money. We are so glad we didn’t tackle this by ourselves. The equipment Paul Davis has to detect moisture is state of the art. And they have tools I’ve never seen to help dry walls and floors. We are pleased with their service and expertise.

in 2002 after a tornado/ wind shear hit the town apartment complex on Washington center road i was contacted by Paul Davis to do furniture restoration for the finishes which were damaged by flying glass and water. As time went on Paul Davis expanded and moved to it's current location on Butler road. I noted that there were a few new employees namely Karina Sickafoose that I came in contact with that truly exemplified a professional approach to dealing with my company. She was always helpful in mediating between the customers needs and our craftsmen. She always had a sense of diplomacy and integrity which was a breath of fresh air to those she came in contact with. We are now going on 20 years thanks to Paul Davis for giving our new company an initial boost ahead.
