I chose this company hoping they lived up to their vast availability. Unfortunately this has been a complete nightmare in working with them. They are dishonest and very crooked. We all know companies make big margins with insurance companies but their quality of work was horrible too, especially in comparison to their rates. Never provided any information, updates, or timely anything once they received the first draw, completed unauthorized work and price gauged for it. Biggest scam artists ever, our see Home was damaged from freeze and as frustrating as this process has been they were most unhelpful once they got the first payment. They took weeks to even start work after they received payment although they claim nothing can be done until they get paid. They are all frauds and scammers. I would never hire them again. It was all good until they got money! Please don’t make a mistake in hiring them as I did.

I had an appt with them to come to my house from 12-2pm. My mom (lives in grapevine) and my sister (lives in frisco) drove to my house to meet these people because I was working. I live in Allen and you know how much gas cost. These unprofessional company had the nerve to text me at 1205 to tell me they are not coming. I will never used any of their business. My insurance recommended them and told them if you told them who was my insurance from, I would have been on top of their list. I told my insurance, it shouldn’t matter who I’m insured, they should treat everyone the same way.

I had two separate water damage incidents at my house in 2.5 years that were so extensive my floors had to be ripped out down to the dirt in the crawl space. The first time my house was almost 100% gutted including kitchens, bathrooms, and dry wall. I know, I'm a very unlucky home owner. The first time my insurance company recommended Paul Davis and I went with them. It was a good experience and was very satisfied with the work. When it happened the next time I went with them again and the work was phenomenal. Even with the extensive repairs, including all new wood floors, new bathroom, and painting all rooms, there wasn't one thing I want happy with or had to ask them to correct or do. I would highly recommend them.

Paul Davis was very professional and did a great job mitigating my home. They were very thorough and made sure to leave my home dried and clean. My main contact Steve Provost was wonderful to work with and he helped make the process so much easier and stress free for me. His team was great as well and anytime I went to my home to check on their work, it was evident that they were working hard to get the job done right.

Jeff Nelson and his team responded to our flooded house within a few hours of our first call minimizing the damage to our house. In addition to the quick response, he had the very best team ready to jump into action and repair our home to the very best condition possible. In addition, he was a an excellent resource working directly with our insurance adjuster to make the claims process super easy for us. I highly recommend Jeff Nelson if you find yourself in the same unfortunate position that we were in. You won’t be disappointed!
