Patrick definitely saved the day for me. This was my very 1st time having to deal with weather storm damage but Patrick was very knowledgeable. He came right in and took over this mess. He guided me through his steps to safe guard my home. He was quick and efficient. He was extremely pleasant and professional. I was about 5 minutes from home when he called and he actually waited for me to arrive…NOW THAT’S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE because most people would have just pulled off. I really appreciate you Patrick!

I just finished with the mitigation phase after a plumbing issue with upstairs neighbor flooded my bathroom and bedroom. Mike, Sharifah, Willie, Patrick and Jackie were extremely helpful and somehow got me through it. Angela in the office has been a great help as well. Now I am waiting for the restoration piece and will post another review afterward. Thanks !
Update: My contents were returned by Willie Boykin, Jackie Nelson and Se'vene. Great job! The only hiccup was that the painting wasn't quite finished so things had to be put in the middle of the rooms.
Update: My job is finished! There were bumps in the road but the fnished product was worth it! Thank you Tom Allport, David Rancharan, Jeff, Jackson (and crew).

I’d just like to take a moment to share my experience Paul Davis and a few of the employees that I encountered directly. In brief my home was looked as though a bomb went off in it due to a pipe burst followed by water and mold iigation deconstructing. I was in a state of desperation aw s my AL you’ve done a funds were you nearly depleted as I had living in a hotel since 11/16/22 and was now 4/23 Paul Davis stepped in for reconstruct I initially expressed my plight to Ms Melba W. of PDR who then relayed to Jody L. Who entrusted Tom A. and Sharifah A.(All of whom are Paul Davis Restoration employees)with the task of packing out/in my home then putting my home back to livable status. I’ll just tell you that home has been practically made new on the inside in record time. Today I’m posting this from the family room of my home! Thank you PDR! You have earned my respect and grattitude for what you’ve done for me and my wife!
