Thank you. When our water heater had a massive and continuing leak, my frantic call to my insurance agent resulted in a call to Paul Davis. I spoke to Kristy first who took my information and passed it along. The next call was from Doug, who assured me staff would be there as soon as possible. Within, I believe, two hours Paul Davis staff was there. This time gave us a chance to get furniture and personal items removed from the basement so your staff could work. Kind, polite, respectful, and efficient staff. I wish I could remember all the names, but I am sure you can look it up. This happened about noon on a Thursday. We were kept informed of the process over the following days and by Saturday afternoon, we were "back to normal." Again, thank you, I will not hesitate to call should we or anyone I know need help in the future. Your presence made our mess a manageable situation. *The photos I took do not do the situation justice, just imagine enough water to splash in covering almost every room in a basement.

Paul davis restoration Came right out and helped me out with my water intrusion! I had a broken water faucet on the outside of my house leaked Into my basement. Called my insurance company and said that they highly recommend Paul davis due to being the only company in Lincoln with a perfect 5.0 rating! Brad came out and he also brought another person marcus I belive his name was and they got right to work and was very professional and attentive with all my questions. Hands down the company around. Thank you Paul davis of lincoln 🙏

Both Moses Ulmer and Nate Olsen of Paul Davis Restoration made this a positive experience for us. Moses was here within days to look at the storm damage. We received the estimate within days. Nate Olsen was in contact with us before the work began. He answered our questions and he was very good at keeping us informed. Thank you to all the work crews who took care of roofing, siding, gutters and downspouts. We are truly thankful to all of them.

I needed an estimate for basement wall and bathroom restoration, after I had the work done by a local company for water damage and a sump pump installed. I contacted the Paul Davis Co. An employee came, took measurements, and assured me that the Paul Davis Company could do the drywall and bathroom recovery work. It's been over two months, and I still have not gotten an estimate. After many calls, I'm still waiting. Very disappointed in the service.

Kudos to our project manager Adam, our subcontractor Nate, Joe the electrician and Mike for his excellent work on the drywall! Imagine a basement that had to be completely gutted, except for a few walls, all the belongings and furniture moved into 2 big storage units and then having to start over. This is all due to undisclosed foundation issues and water soaking the basement after every rain. Thrasher did the water proofing and Paul Davis worked their magic in returning the basement back to normal, restoring our house to its proper function and giving us a whole other part of our house back. Adam came out and spent some time really getting a sense of what needed to be done with this project. We even gained 4 inches of space with a dry wall ceiling instead of the old tile ceiling. Adam was there every step of the way to answer our questions. If we needed extra time thinking about prices and where that fit into our budget, Adam had options available right away, which we easily fit into our budget! Nate did an awesome job with demo and construction! Very talented! Mike put in some extra time and helped turn our drywall into a home again, ready for paint and every time I look up at the ceiling I smile! Joe got our electricity ready to go and we now enjoy all the comforts of home. Thanks to Paul Davis's team and anyone we may have missed. Great experience, highly recommended! We will certainly use them in the future with any other projects, you should too!
