Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Richmond was prompt, courteous, respectful and acted quickly to mitigate our home's damage from a large water leak/flood. Allen Street and Clark Livingston were excellent and put us at ease. They entered our home at a time when we were very stressed. Their excellent "bedside manner" made all the difference. Plus, they were really good at the physical work they needed to perform too.

5/5/2023- your response is a complete LIE! Your employees have been here a few times on the weekends but most of the work has been completed during the week. Maybe you are out of touch with your business and maybe if you returned my phone calls, you could get the true story. As of today, my house is still not complete! And I dont even know who to contact because the lead contractor, doesnt work for the company anymore! This has been the worst experience ever! We found water damage 10/13/22. Paul Davis was placed in the job the next week. Communication has been terrible. Our floors were ripped out 10/17 but new ones were not installed until 11/19. Our kitchen cabinets including the kitchen sink was ripped out on 11/19. We STILL DONT HAVE KITCHEN CABINETS OR A SINK!! We had Thanksgiving, Christmas, and I'm sure well have Easter without a kitchen! Our lead contractor, Enis doesn't return phone calls. The GM, Kyle doesn't return phone calls. VERY poor experience all around. I would run and find a different contractor. 5.5 months later and our house is still no where near back together. Worst company we've ever worked with! RUN!!

This is the worst experience I have dealt with. They took my contract on November 28, 2022. They arrived on the November 30th to work on the water damage and mold and was done by December 5th. My contract stated they would be done at the latest January 31st. I have been in constant contact with Headquarters in Florida concerning the lack of communication and this job not being complete as of today May 5, 2023. I wasn’t told until the last week of February that they couldn’t get a 4x4 shower pan. They contracted the job to Bath Planet to do the shower only after Headquarters informed me the owner stated this job should have been done and he didn’t care if he lost money. The General Manager has refused to return any of my calls after several attempts. He is definitely not on the same page as everyone else in caring about when jobs get done. They have caused damage to my property after tracking white paint on my patio deck and driveway. I have done business with a lot of companies and never seen such poor service, communication and most importantly leadership.

Clark Livingston with Paul Davis was very professional in handling our water damage situation. He and his crew packed our clothes, furniture, books, and knick-knacks carefully so as to not damage them. Assisted in letting us know what wasn't salvageable and a complete loss. Returned all items to us once the apartment repairs had been done. Set up our bed -they washed all items that had gotten wet, even the bed covers. Couldn't have asked for better service. Judy S. The repair, roofing and painting crew did a great job. The billing department, however, continued to send bills after deductible was met, insurance paid, and claim closed. The invoice was vague and made no sense. The person in the office threatened to send it to a collection agency without contacting the insurance company. Ultimately the insurance paid the balance after I contacted them.
