The quality of my experience comes down to the quality of people hired, and Paul Davis did an incredible job. Everyone who came to my property was respectful and got the job done. I deeply appreciated the person who managed my case. I sent an abundance of emails her way and she was always quick to respond, informative, helpful, and kind. Paul Davis was recommended to me by a general contractor. I had to argue my way into getting to work with them (through insurance) and I'm glad I did. They provided water damage cleanup, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation for my home after part of my ceiling fell in.

Didn't care how long things took.. Waited over 10 weeks for a bathtub. Then another week for sheetrock. another 3 weeks to measure for marblelite and another 3 weeks to be installed. Apparently, they do not plan for the next step until one step is completed finished. I was without a bathtub from the end of January until after the 4th of July and this was my only bathroom. Plus, they didn't not pay a sub-contractor who then put a mechanics lien on my house, and it took several months for that to be cleared up. When I notified Paul Davis that I received a notice of proposed mechanics lien I was told oh don't worry that is standard procedure, nothing to worry about. They were not concerned until the mechanics lien was actually filed with the county.

Ok started this process in February 2021 water damaged first part went ok removing mold and asbestos.
Now were May 5 2021 the construction part which is drywall and insulation and painting.
Not so much NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL
Jennifer has call me maybe 3 times for her part of scheduling. Which was good.
Now for Mickey and the construction part
Nothing sent them my deductible 4/21/21 ten days ago still no scheduled. Dont use this company bad busy horrible communication.
Do the Research first.
No stars for mr horrible busy.
Now I have to find a new contactor.

Absolutely horrible communication with the customer. Took well over a month and they couldn't even get the job done. I ended up having to do most of the repairs myself because they are incompetent. Then they never call or respond when they say they will. steer clear of this location!
