This is a high commendation on Tim Williams and the subcontractors of Paul Davis. The mold mitigation team was fast, effective, and efficient but Tim played a much more challenging role in coordinating the restoration of flooring, dry wall, trim work, plumbing and relocation of furnishings in my home. The quality of craftsmanship provided is even far greater than it was before the flood. Tim performed miracles in getting the work scheduled during the one week that was best for me. He is very professional, has a strong work ethic and even contacted me over the weekends to make sure everything was going well. Tim even helps out the hard working crews subcontracted when he thinks he needs to so the job is done on time. I was very impressed with Jesus and his crew and must include Victor the plumber. Victor was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on water heaters. He even taught me how to turn the water off at the main. These are people that not only deliver but they care, too, and you can tell it. My furnishings were handled with kid gloves and so was my house. I have an heirloom china cabinet that is not replaceable. One of the doors was warped and had not closed in 20 years. Tim resolved the problem when they had to move it and the door now closes again. Amazing!!! Above and beyond is an understatement. If your house ever floods, call TIM WILLIAMS at Paul Davis!!!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with the Paul Davis team. Timothy Williams did an excellent job from start to finish getting our repairs to look exactly like what we wanted. He communicated often , and quickly responded to any questions. He was very helpful and accommodating when we decided to make changes. We were also very pleased with his crew that came out to do the work. They were extremely professional and made sure to check everything with us as they were going along. The work looks beautiful. I would recommend Tim and his team with no hesitation.

I felt very comfortable from the first phone call with them that my problem would be resolved. They were very patient to work with me and the insurance company. The restoration crew that I had under the leadership of Tim was outstanding. They were quick to minimize the time that we would be displaced. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The only issue that I would have to say is that I would prefer a better cleanup crew then then the shop vac. Other than that they were great. Even worked around our AC guy that was doing maintainence.

Paul Davis sent someone out right away after we had our washer malfunction that caused water damage to our laundry room and surrounding rooms hardwood. Miguel Sanchez and his team were timely, professional and thorough with water mitigation. He referred Victor the plumber to access a plumbing concern. It turned out he uncovered a potential problem with a pipe that would have caused future water damage. Thankful for Victor's knowledge and professionalism. Caleb Durham Reconstruction Project Manager was very professional and followed through with making sure things were completed to my satisfaction. The paint and drywall crew Caleb assigned showed amazing attention to detail and flooring crew went above and beyond. We are very pleased with the results and that Caleb was able to complete our job ahead of schedule! Thank you Caleb!!

Tim Williams and his team did an overall great job in the water mitigation and reconstruction process. Jesus Cruz and his work crews were extremely professional. From drywall to paint and flooring, they worked efficiently and were personable and polite. We will be using Jesus for continued remodeling work, once our claim is closed.
