TJ at Patriot was so supportive of us, I don’t even know where to begin. My kitchen was flooded all the way through my basement while my husband was out of town, so I was alone with three kids and he was above and beyond kind and helpful to us through the whole process. (He even brought breakfast and lunch a few times!) Working through my devastation and fears, they left my house better then it was before the accident. We also really appreciated the dry wall guy who did a fantastic job on our walls upstairs and downstairs. All around so blessed this company was here in Knoxville to save us!!! Can never thank you enough.

My insurance company paid Patriot $10,000.00 to do a $1,500.00 job that could be done in under a week. The check was supposed to be sent to us, and we distributed accordingly, but somehow, they had the check sent to them directly. I sat in the house for a week, listening to dehumidifiers running non-stop and running our electric bill sky high, unable to walk in the bathroom because it was vacated off. I had to call them to see what was wrong because I hadn't heard from them in a week. They said they were on a few other more important jobs, and we'll get to you when we're done. They took the shower, vanity, and 1/4 of the drywall out. They were supposed to take all the tile up off the floor, and they left half the tile. They never called back and asked if we were pleased with their work. If you need anything else, let us know. D-

I had a pipe burst in my dining room and was referred to Patriot through my plumber. They came out quickly to assess and worked with me to understand the process of removal and restoration. I am so pleased with not only the quality of the work but also the workers. They came on time and did exceptional work. My dining room looks better than before! I hope I don't need them in the future but they will be my go to for any problem. Fantastic company.

TJ, Greg and their team were extremely helpful during a very difficult situation. I have never had to navigate water damage issues before, but they did an amazing job helping me navigate an extremely difficult process. The entire crew was beyond professional. In a day and age where it is hard to get good customer service and find people you can trust, this is the group to use. I am beyond satisfied with my mitigation and restoration.

Contractor found mold in our bathroom when removing jacuzzi. Mold was also behind shower walls and in crawl space. Major work. Patroit did an outstanding job getting rid of the mold. They were very responsive, did what they said they would do, and sent skilled people to do the work. My husband and I are very pleased with their work and certainly would recommend them.
