After returning home from a full day's work, water had covered the tile flooring throughout my entire home, about 1/4 of the front bedroom carpet and closet, all of the middle bedroom carpet and closet, and 1/4 of the main bedroom carpet. A call went out to OKC Restorations, and a service technician was dispatched and arrived around 10:30 p.m. He worked tirelessly cleaning up the spill and removing the drenched padding until about 1:30 a.m. Several dehumidifiers were left throughout my home for the next 3 days to ensure the flooring and walls were completely dry. New carpet padding was installed, carpet was restretched, baseboards were reattached, and the hole cut in the sheetrock to determine whether water was in the insulation was well-repaired. I was very impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of the service received. They did an immaculate job! On a scale of 1 to 10, I most definitely will rate them a 10 for being excellent!! I called the office to have a last-minute quote done on a property i am interested in purchasing, and even though their schedule was packed for the following day, they sent Lior out first thing in the morning to inspect the damage.
Lior was quick and effective in his assessment and he was able to relay the information in a way that was easy for us to understand. We respect his honesty and authenticity, and will be using OKC Restoration going forward for any of our treatment needs.

I walked into my living room and saw water slowly spreading across the floor from a leak behind the wall. I had no idea how bad it was until their crew showed up. They came out quick, checked the moisture levels, and got the drying process going right away. Honestly, it was such a relief having people who clearly knew what they were doing.
