Our first contact with NuBilt was Richard who assessed the issues, very polite, very professional, and took the time to explain how NuBilt would handle our issues. He was always available for any and all calls or texts we had.
First crew was Manuel & Marlo to start the clean-up that took quite some time, wonderful men explaining what would take place and the steps necessary to prepare for the next crew. Second crew was Jose & Annie who worked so good together in taking extra care of property from any further damage, wonderful job. Manuel returned next day for additional help that was necessary and we were so glad to be able to see him again.
Third crew was Rodrigo & Pedro removing all previous fans, cardboard, paper and tape from floors/stairs and was very careful not to damage steps, walls, etc in the process.
Fourth was Rosendo who repaired dry wall, insulation, painted to match exactly the previous color. Attention to detail, professional job and very nice man.
Mustafa, the project manager was extremely professional, very polite, easy to talk to, always available for calls/texts/questions.
We cannot thank NuBilt enough for taking care of our home so professionally and bringing it back beautifully.
We are blessed to have met such wonderful people.

NuBilt was extremely professional, attentive to detail, and very communicative. My family experienced water damage and NuBilt came to the rescue. From remediation to repair, to going the extra mile with sending us responsive and professional contacts for our new materials.
They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Cristian and his crew were highly engaged and helped us get back on our feet. Ben was very transparent about timeframes, and left us always informed.
I cannot speak more highly of their individual experts like Enrique or Janet.
Would highly recommend to anybody seeking home repair and/or remodel.

I have worked with NuBuilt twice now and both times have been a wonderful experience. Everyone I worked with was responsive and professional. They get the work done efficiently and quickly. They listened to what I wanted, and the work was beautiful. NuBuilt also worked directly with my insurance company, which made the process easy. I highly recommend working with NuBuilt.

We were connected to NuBilt through our insurance company after a car crashed through our house in December 2025. Within 24 hours (during a holiday week!) Chis and Christian were at our house and coordinating the emergency services that we needed to secure the structure and assess the damage for insurance purposes. They worked closely and quickly with us throughout the entire reconstruction of our home and we could not be more thrilled with the final product. They were kind, responsive, professional and great problem solvers. So much so, we have already referred them to our neighbors and hope to work with them again on non-emergency renovations. 10/10 recommend! See our before and after pics!

My basement flooded, and my insurance contracted NuBilt to do the restoration work. NuBilt did a fantastic job rebuilding my basement! The build quality was excellent, and they completed the work quickly. Everyone that I worked with at NuBilt was very friendly and easy to work with, and they went out of their way to address every concern that I raised along the way.
