The restoration on my project was started, but not finished. The company has been unable to find reliable and qualified contractors for the last year. The company tells me they are in the process of closing and I have not been refunded the last $3K payment I made them for my materials. I am finishing the job myself and found that the shed is not square, making it difficult to put a roof on it. I still have a window to replace on my house as well as a wall of siding on my 2 story home. My advice it to not use the contractor your insurance company suggests. Find your own.

I experienced water damage in the bathroom which leaked into foyer and living room. I needed help stat. I found Noble and what a fantastic company. Mike, Kyle and Justin are excellent communicators and true to their word. They showed up on schedule and on time every time. Request Justin if you’re in need of floor installation. His attention to detail is incredible. He does beautiful and precise work. Any new remodel projects I’ve got them on speed dial and so should you!! See photos for before and after. Amazing!

DO NOT GIVE $$$$ This company is super shady. Mike is the owner. They do not pay their subcontractors or reimburse customers for services not provided. He’ll leave you mid job after he takes your money. Just read the other comments, the negative reviews sound just like what happened to me basically. His MO apparently. I hired him to do flood restoration and he did half the work and stopped returning calls or requests to finish the work or refund $. Just got a bunch of excuses at first then stopped answering all together. Now I received a lien on my home from a plumbing company he hired as a subcontractor that he owes a lot of $ to. Now I have to take him to court for reimbursement for payment for services never rendered and not paying subcontractors for the services they did do. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hot mess he’ll leave you in.

Noble Path constructed a new room in my home. When Mike the owner came out to quote me, he was very professional, and he identified himself with his business card upon arrival at my house. He provided me a prompt quote with a time frame on completion. I hired his crew. They were always prompt, professional and when leaving for the evening, they always left my home in an organized under construction manner. They communicated with me on the progress and delays. I was very satisfied with the end result. They were priced very competitively with the other quotes I had received. They are licensed and bonded which was important to me. I would have no hesitation in hiring them for additional work on my home.

We would not do business with Noble again.
Their employee/representative, Mr. Cusick, came and assessed our damage and sent someone to clean and repair the carpet.
The gentleman Mr. Cusick sent explicitly told me, as he was leaving, he cleans carpet but really doesn’t do repair. The carpet is clean but the repair was substandard (and as of this writing, is now coming up in spots). Not pleased, but the carpet was not new. The repair was bad but serviceable and so we decided not to press the issue.
After picking out replacement linoleum for the bathroom, we attempted to contact Mr. Cusick but received no response. After sending multiple texts, emails and making phone calls to Mr. Cusick, we sent an email directly to Noble, and were were told that Mr. Cusick was no longer working for them. No one had attempted to contact us prior and let us know, leaving us wondering why weren’t we given another company contact to work with or if they even know who their clients are.
Mr. Michael Young, the owner of Noble, agreed he would return our full deposit to us. After more time of no follow ups, we sent another email through the link on their website. Mr. Young contacted us again and assured us he would resolve the issue. He seemed sincere and truly apologetic.
Believing him was a huge mistake. It is now late August, and we’ve received nothing but excuses and insincere apologies - we still have not been made whole. We are not rich and this money is needed to make repairs to our home. This irresponsible, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We will be pursuing other avenues to recover our losses and make ourselves whole. Please do your due diligence before working with Noble.
