Everybody at NextGen Restoration has been absolutely amazing throughout one of the most difficult times in our homebuying lives. We recently had a line on the dishwasher blow and ruin our kitchen cabinets and wood floors. They were so quick to respond and so detailed with their investigations and drying procedures that I firmly believe even though it will cost a lot of money to the insurance company, they saved us TONS of money in further loss and potential mold issues. David Sweet with this company as well as Monique and everyone else I had contact with has been so amazingly friendly and helpful as well as calming in their explanation of what is going on and the status of things that I truly don't know where we would be without them. Thank you SO SO SO SO much to EVERY person with this company for making one of the worst situations imaginable, pretty easy to deal with!

NexGen Restoration has been a valid and amazing partner in all the work that has been done at my property. The staff is amazing, communicative and very knowledgeable! They have done several repairs due to water damage and each time has been painless. I would never trust another restoration company. Thank you SO much to a highly qualified and professional team. This is the second time we have had to be in this unfortunate situation of having water restoration work done at the property. NextGen has made this process as simple and painless as they possibly could, while at the same time helping us deal with insurance and getting things completed in a timely manner. Their work is nothing but "the best" and their work ethic far supercedes all of our expectations. We have no problem recommending NextGen for any water damage and restoration project. Though we hope not to be in this situaton again, should we ever find ourselves here, they will be the first call we make. Thank you NextGen for a job well done!!!!

Dewayne and his helpers did an outstanding job for us here in Kentucky. After our pipes burst they were here within a short time and set up their equipment. The restoration work was done with excellent quality and they went beyond what I thought was required. These things are disasters for a homeowner, and Dewayne treated us and our job with the highest level of respect and urgency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
