I have had to deal with a lot of contractors for my home !! But I must say this company is the best in Greensboro! Dependable , so respectful , value your time and knocked knowledge and ability out the ball park!! Prices are fair! I love the crew from the beginning to the end! There my go to company for a life time ! Thank you for making my home beautiful again!! And I never do reviews this company is worth one! PG🥰🥰oh and removed popcorn ceilings🙏🥰.

NC water and Fire restoration is a name sake company who dose not have their own professionals. They are just like a call center who do not have no expertise in any matter related to water damage restoration or repair. They will send out mostly 3rd party professionals who are cone artists and fraudsters. There was a minor leak in my basement floor ,and the guy they send came down and created a big panic. He forced us to call insurance agency to inflate the bill. They brought in some drying fans and kept it there for 2 days and charged a whopping bill of 1700 plus. After that they did not have anyone to repair or reconstruction work and asked us to contact some other plumbers. Their dealing with insurance took for ever and we waited probably 4-6 weeks to have any kind of resolution. If i did not call these people ,my regular plumber would have taken care of all this for less than 1000 dollars. Finally that is what I did ,but I had to spend almost 1000 dollar more due to the hype and inflated bill cooked up by this company.

Omar’s team showed up when we were really in a bind. They were quick and efficient and helped us clean up and dry out the water in our finished basement. They did such a good job that we used their NC Construction & Home Improvement team to remodel our entire basement. Highly recommend!

I worked with Steve Haney. Very nice guy. Looked at doing a lot of work in my business, spent an hour or two walking through my business of lots of things that we talked together about fixing. He was to get me a quote back, of course, but didn't hear anything. Sent two texts, no answer. Called and he was very nice and said wanted the job and would get me the quote that week. Crickets. Been a few months now. Super disappointed and having Jimmy's Plumbing (commercial side) do the thousands and thousands of dollars job. In response to the owner's comments: I would say you are being untruthful in your response and everyone wants to use Covid as their excuse. Your employee came out months ago, I'd say September and I called him twice where he stated he would get back to me that week. Zero to do with Covid, Sir. It's a lack of professionalism and honesty which is in your reply as well.

I have known Jay for many years. I took restoration classes with him at a previous job in the late 90’s and I watched him take himself all the way up the ladder. I worked with him every day. He was always willing to work as late as the job required. He was always the leader and knew every part of the job. I can personally recommend this company based on the work ethic and experience I know them to have!
