I’m definitely glad I found NRT. I’ve called several places that didn’t really help. But Salvador at NRT was a god sent. Very professional helpful and understanding. Him and his team which were helpful as well came and took care of the problem immediately. I pray I won’t have to call them, however if I need to I will definitely call NRT to assist me.

National Response Team project manager, Salvador, was a godsend during the restoration of my flooded condominium. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient but his personal concern helped to soothe my anxiety and stress through this difficult time. Salvador answerd my calls and texts quickly, he did what he said he would do all through the month long ordeal. He worked with my AAA claim adjuster to coordinate each step of the process. I was so fortunate to have him manage the restoration. Thank you, Salvador and National Response Team.

We had an un-detected leak underneath our sink counter which caused some mold around the leak area. The plumber directed us to NRT and they come over quickly, assessed the damage area and helped dry the surfaces immediately. The quick response saved us from further damage and they guided us through the process. Thanks NRT.

Nothing but Excuses by this company. It's a waste of my time with these people. A bunch of flakey people working at this company that don't really know what their doing. I'd recommend choosing someone else.
