This company is so nice and professional. I thought I had water behind a wall and mold on top of that. They tested and found nothing. They could have lied to me and charged me a gazzilion dollars, but they were honest and didn't even charge me for their time to come out and test. They are a step above most companies here in Houston. Highly recommend.

Mario my inspector was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions promptly and was more than helpful in explaining the results and helping me understand the issues many times. I think he is very customer centric and I would recommend this company and him to everyone.

We have a rental unit that has a hidden leak that caused serious mold problem. Unfortunately it leaked into a front closet that seldom access by anyone. Once we opened up the ceiling and walls we realized it was very serious. I found 3 companies online. All have great reviews. One company was late to give me a quote, the other company just send an inspector but asked me to deal with the office directly. Then, I met Mario from Mundae, he answered all my questions, told me how the insurance claim process works and he will be my direct contact. The remediation started as scheduled. Luis was the crews' head. He was really nice and kept their voice down as I have informed them the tenants work night shift. Mold report came back all cleared. Initially Mario told me they don't do rebuild but later agreed to do that. I guess they hire other contractor to do that part. As for this rebuild contractor, He is nice but I am skeptical about his crews' workmanship. Mario told me his company will be behind this which put my mind at ease. He even helped steam cleaned the carpet. Overall, I strongly recommend Mundae to anyone.

As first time homeowners, my fiancée and I did not know where to start when we experienced recent water damage in our home from a plumbing issue. We were directed to contact other large, national remediation companies aside from Mundae, but we wanted to use a trusted, local, small company for the work. Therefore, we chose Mundae after speaking with Mario and receiving an initial visit from him. Mario is extremely insightful and was willing to answer all our questions about the work required. Mario and his team worked tirelessly to clean up and remediate the areas impacted by the water damage and did so in a manner which was the least invasive while addressing the root cause of the issue. While we hope to not encounter another water damage situation again, we will certainly use Mundae if needed, and will always recommend them to friends & family. ------- In summary, Mario and his team at Mundae are friendly, honest, timely, diligent, communicative, trustworthy, and willing to go above & beyond. We are fortunate to have found their company online and are forever grateful for the work they completed!

Mundae came out within 45 minutes and helped us out with the water damage in our home. The crew was very professional and equipped to start the work. Highly recommended
